Become a member
By signin up on the web or in the app, you are automatically become a member and can start collecting points. However, to fully enjoy all benefits, members are needed to enter their particulars such as date of birth and their mobile phone number.
Reward Points Exchange Rates
Current exchange rate is 1 point for every spending of IDR100,000 (applies multiply).
1 points can be exchanged for IDR5,000 for purchase in retail store or online.
Minimum points to redeem is 10 points
The exchange rate may change in the future without notice.
Redeeming Reward Points
You can redeem your reward points on the app and website when you are at the checkout.
The points available will be shown before you confirm and make payment.
To use your points at our offline stores, you need J.Rep app to create a one time evoucher code.
Managing Reward Points
You can view and redeem the points that you have accumulated on the app and website by visiting your profile page.
