In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we guarantee to substitute any item in saleable condition within 7 (seven) days of receipt at your own cost. Please note we only substitute item with item, there's no refund or cashback for every returns.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.
Please ensure to keep your invoice with you as your proof of purchase as we will be unable to process your order without it.

Returns by Mail

For domestic: we use JNE courier service as it covers almost all area in Indonesia.
Generally, we will use the regular service for areas that support it, for those unsupported, we will use the next available service with a slight changes in the cost.
You orders are usually shipped within 1 day after you confirm the payment. That allows us to confirm the payment, prepare your order and perform quality control, and finally pack your order.
Please note that we will only ship your order when we have confirmed your payment in full.
We will notify you by e-mail when we ship your order.
When to expect your order
For domestic orders: expect 1 – 10 working days for all part of Indonesia. Some area might require longer shipping time.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
Shipping rules and restrictions
We are not responsible for any item lost after the order has been delivered to the address.
We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. Indonesian customers are able to track their order using the tracking feature on JNE website (jne.co.id), tracking code are provided in the invoice upon payment confirmation.
